It is strictly forbidden to bring in glassware, clubs, cutting or stabbing objects, drugs, alcohol, or other objects that could endanger the physical safety of others, or objects that are dangerous to public safety as defined by the legislation in force. Such products must be handed over to the security service for inspection at the entrance.
Will there be T-shirts, beer mugs sold on site?
Yes. Our merchandise store will be selling those souvenir items.
Will there be medical services on site?
During the Festival, there will be a first aid point that can assist with medical service.
Will there be a Lost & Found where I can look for my missing stuff? (Mobile phone, wallet, sunglasses, etc.)
Yes. There will be a Lost & Found at the festival or you can search online. Please only give items you find to the Info Kiosks or Lost & Found directly. Do not hand over items to random staff or guards.
Will there be vegetarian food at the festival? Vegan? Gluten-free?
Yes, there will be vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
What activities are offered to kids?
We have a dedicated kiddies area that includes several jumping castles, sand painting, TV’s with dedicated kiddies programs and other entertainment.
What is the situation with parking?
We encourage all our guests to use taxi services i.e. LEFA for transportation to and from the event as we have a special taxi drop-off area. If you do decide to come with a car, we have a designated area for presale ticket holders. But parking is limited and works on a first come bases.
How does the cashless payment system work?
You can buy a card at the event (with refundable deposit) and top it up with cash or card at the top-up stations. If any funds are left on the card, you can cash out on-site or after the event.
